PURPOSE: To allow water in the entire region of a tank main body to uniformly flow to always ensure fresh water by arranging inflow and outflow pipes to both end parts of an oblong cylindrical water tank so as to turn them to the centers of the mirror plates on the inflow and outflow sides of the tank main body and arranging conical flow adjusting members to the center parts of the mirror plates. ;CONSTITUTION: The water flows in a water tank main body 11 at predetermined flow velocity under predetermined water pressure from the horizontal pipeline 12a of an inflow pipe 12 is guided to the top part of the conical flow adjusting member 15 arranged to the center part of a mirror plate 11a through an inflow gap 14 to be diffused along the conical surface of the member 15 and further diffused by the spherical surface of the mirror plate 11a to become water streams to flow. Water streams are generated in the entire region of the cross section of the tank main body 11 by this flow to prevent the deterioration of water quality caused by stagnation. On an outflow side, the water streams uniformly flowing over the entire region of the tank main body 11 are converged along the mirror plate 11b on the outflow side and this flowing water is further collected by a flow adjusting member 16 to be reversed and guided to an outflow pipe 13 to be discharged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
