摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an alloy having less change of electric resistance for the temp. and having low melting point by heating the alloy in which Co, Fe and Au are specified in a non-oxidizing atm. under the prescribed conditions. CONSTITUTION:The alloy consisting of, by weight, 0.01-10% Co, 0.01-8% Fe and the balance Au is refined. Said alloy is cast and forged and is thereafter worked into a wire material or plate material to form the desired shape. Said alloy is then heated for 2sec-100hr at 200-800 deg.C in the non-oxidizing atm., etc., by which the electric resistant alloy having =1,000ppm/ deg.C temp. coefficient of specific electric resistance and having =1,055 deg. melting point is obtd.
