PURPOSE:To make the build up of a yawing more rapid as the speed is increased by determining the steering time of the rear wheel so that the higher the car speed, the shorter the delay time of the same phase steering of the rear wheel. CONSTITUTION:A side G calculating means 35 calculates the side G logically generated when turning based on the information from each signal value from a car speed sensor 32 and a steering angle sensor 34. A rear wheel steering determining means 36 receives the side G information from the side G calculating means 35 and determined the direction to steer the rear wheel 23 and the steering amount thereof. A motor control means 38 determines the direction to rotate a cam body 13 and the rotating angle thereof based on the rear wheel steering information received from the rear wheel steering angle determining means 36, and receives the feedback signal from a rotating position detector 34 to control a motor drive circuit 30b.
