PURPOSE:To facilitate the correction of a working form by securing such a constitution where the CAD (pattern of working form) data is also corrected just reading of the NC data. CONSTITUTION:An automatic programming device contains an NC data reading means 11 which reads the NC data out of a tape reader puncher, a graphic display means 12 which displays a working form onto a CRT screen with said NC data, an NC data/CAN data converting means 13, a working form correcting means 14 which corrects the working form displayed on the CRT with a correcting function of a CAD, a CAD data producing means 15 which produces the CAD data with correction of the working form an NC data producing means 16, and an NC tape output device 17. In such a constitution, the read NC data is converted into the CAD data when this CAD data is corrected and the displayed working form is corrected by the CAD form production of the corresponding data. Then the desired NC data is produced and outputted as an NC tape by a puncher in case the contents of the NC data are fixed and are not corrected again.
