PURPOSE: To improve opening/closing operability and enable light sliding by omitting an intermediate rail and enabling automatic adherence to an opening part only by sliding the sliding door. ;CONSTITUTION: A sliding door 6 is provided with a longitudinal pair of upper brackets 8, 9 and a lower bracket 10 respectively protruding to the inside. The upper brackets 8, 9 are respectively provided with upper cam followers 13, 14 and ball casters 11, 12, and the lower bracket 10 is provided with a lower cam follower 15. The side wall 2 of a luggage compartment 1 is provided with longitudinal upper rails 3, 4 respectively having cam guide parts 20, 25 for guiding the upper cam followers 13, 14 and ball receiving faces 17, 22 to be the rolling faces of the longitudinal ball casters, and a lower rail 5 for guiding the lower cam follower 15. The lower rail 5 and the cam guide parts of the upper rails are formed in linear shape for the most part and bent inward only at one end part on the closing side of the sliding door 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
