PURPOSE: To obtain a composition for topical treatment of skin or nail, comprising a dispersion of vesicle prepared by encapsulating mineral water in a vesicle containing a nonionic amphiphilic lipid in a membrane lipid phase. ;CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by encapsulating at least one kind of mineral acid in a vesicle containing a nonionic amphiphilic lipid selected from (1) a glycerol derivative of formula I [C₃H₅(OH)O is a group of formula II to formula IV; (n) is an average statistic value of 1-6; R₀ is a 12-30C aliphatic chain, a long-chain α-diol residue, an R₁CO (R₁ is a 11-20C aliphatic group), etc.], (2) a polyglycerol ether containing two aliphatic chains, (3) a fatty chain diol, (4) a (non)oxyethylenated aliphatic alcohol, a (non)oxyethylated sterol or a phytosterol, (5) a (non)oxyethylenated polyol or ether and (6) a compound of the formula V [R₄ is a 7-21C alkyl or alkenyl; R₅ is a 4-31C hydrocarbon residue; COA is a group of formula VI (B is an alkyl derived from a mono or a polyhydroxyl primary or secondary amine; R₆ is H, methyl, etc.), etc.] in a membrane lipid phase.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
