PURPOSE: To prevent air from being mixed with back filling material. ;CONSTITUTION: A communication outflow pipe 9 communicating with a housing container 8 is downward obliquely set up. A nozzle 11 is connected to the lower end of the outflow pipe 9 via a closing valve 10 capable of adjusting a flow rate. An open window section 12 is formed at a place between the nozzle and the closing valve 10 with the upper section of the outflow pipe 9 opened. Therefore, when back filling material 5 flows in excess of its requirement, since the back filling material 5 flows outside out of the open window section 12 at the upper section of the outflow pipe 9, and the suitable amount of the back filling material is made possible to flow down with the closing valve 10 controlled, so that air can be prevented from being mixed therewith. Furthermore, filling operations can be carried out while it is being monitored through the open window section 12 that no bubble is mixed with the back filling material 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
