PURPOSE: To prevent copy leakage from occurring by retrieving a data record in a physical order when an index key value is changed by a job processing program while a data base is being reorganized. ;CONSTITUTION: A retrieving method acquiring means 3 acquires the retrieving method of a copy origin data base 8 from a retrieving method information file 2, and retrieves the data record in the copy origin data base 8 in the physical or index key value order by a physical order retrieval means 4 or index key value order retrieval means 5. A data record storage means 6 stores the data record retrieved by the key order retrieval means 5 and the physical order retrieval means 4 in a copy destination data base 9, and a processed information setting means 7 sets processed information on a processed information area in a corresponding data record in the copy origin data base 8. A data base access control means 10 makes access either the copy origin data base 8 or copy destination data base 9 based on the processed information in the processed information area when an access request is issued from the job processing program 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
