Grinding stone pitch decorative laminated sheet and its production manner

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet like polishing stone which is free from unevenness on the surface and has a style of natural stone by polishing the surface of a resin coating layer which is formed on the single plane of ceramics- based building base material and dispersed with sandlike substance having prescribed particle diameter and furthermore providing a clear layer on the upper surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:An aggregate made of colored natural sandlike substance is uniformly mixed with dispersible resin coating and agitated. The obtained coating is applied on the single plane of ceramics-based building base material. Then a decorative sheet like polishing stone is obtained by drying the coated plane and thereafter polishing it to make a smooth lustrous plane and applying clear resin coating on the plane. Further as the above-mentioned sandlike substance, the substance having such particle diameter that the particles are passed through a sieve of 1-2mm aperture size must be used. Since fixing of this sandlike substance on the ceramics-based building base material and smoothing are made easy, production of the decorative sheet like polishing stone can be efficiently performed.
