摘要

PURPOSE: To insure high water permeability by extrusively granulating ceramic matter material paste into a prescribed columnar shape and the like of a specific diameter, and mixing ceramic baked grains after baking with resin so as to construct it into a layer. ;CONSTITUTION: Ceramic matter material paste is extrusively granulated and baked into nearly fixed diameter in the range of 1-6mm and column or prism of main aspect ratio of 1-4. Next the ceramic baked grains are mixed with resin so as to construct it into a layer. Otherwise, the grain size of material paste is set 1.5-4mm, and the paste is extrusively granulated and baked into column or prism of main aspect ratio of 1-3, and the grains are mixed with resin so as to construct it into a layer. The water absorption of the ceramic baked grain obtained by baking is set under 5%, and the coefficient of permeability of permeable resin pavement constructed in layer is set over 4×10^-1/cm/sec. Hereby, granulation efficiency of aggregate can be heightened, waste of aggregate can be eliminated by further enhancing water permeability, and massive feeling with excellent appearance can be insured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
