PURPOSE: The subject collar fitting with a body, having both a light touch and a moderate touch, and produced by folding back the outer surface lower parts of leg clothes connected to a collar cloth on the inner side to form a neck band cloth having bent parts and an opening, inserting the upper part of a panel into the opening, and closing the opening. ;CONSTITUTION: Rubber fibers are knitted with a collar cloth 1 or a plain knitting treatment is performed to the rubber knitted part of the collar cloth 1 to form two mutually faced leg clothes 2,3. The ends 11, 12 of the leg clothes 2,3 are plurally bent mutually on the inner sides to form a neck band cloth 7 comp rising bellow parts 18, 19, and having bent parts 4, 5 and an opening 6. The upper part of a panel 8 is inserted into the opening 6 up to the ends 11, 12, followed by sewing and closing the ends 11, 12 and the opening 6 with sewing yarns 10, 20 to obtain the objective collar having the smooth surfaces of the collar cloth and the neck band cloth 7 for improving the touch of the neck part, having good elasticity due to the bent parts 4,5, and having both a light touch and a moderate touch.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
