The windscreen wiper rod unit has a component, particularly a bearing unit (40) and another component, particularly a sleeve (90). The former component has a base body (100) and a fastening element (105) which partially circumferentially surrounds the base body and connects the other component. The fastening element comprises a collar (115) and the base body comprises a corresponding receiver (135), in which the collar partially engages. The collar is aligned in the direction of a rotational axis of the fastening element and forms an opening (130).
