PURPOSE:To solve a techno-stress by automatically offering air having a natural environmental atmosphere, a natural environmental sound, and a natural environmental video when a human being sits on a chair having a vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The techno-stress solving device is equipped with a chair 2 having the vibrator on which a sound absorbing material sheet 1 is stuck, a freely rotatable cover 4 to cover the upper half of the body of a human being 3 to sit on the chair 2, an air conditioner 8 and a nozzle 8a to supply the air having the natural environmental atmosphere to closed space 7 formed with a screen 5 for a projector 11 provided for the cover 4, a cooling panel 6 for cooling a head part 3a of the human being and the cover, a speaker 9 to generate stereoscopic acoustic, and further, a controller 12 to control these devices. According to the above-mentioned composition, when the human being sits on the chair 2 having the vibrator, the air, the sound, and the video respectively having the natural environmental atmosphere are automatically offered, and the techno-stress can be solved.
