PURPOSE:To guarantee the normal execution of a job based upon a new password after reducing/changing useless queue operation by executing job qualification checking processing and password changing processing even before connecting these processing to an input job queue. CONSTITUTION:When the specification of the qualification checking position of a job sentence is applied to a job input means 1, qualification check by a qualified person checking part 4 included in the means 1 and password changed by a qualification changing part 5 are executed and the job is connected to an input job queue 12. Job information selected by a request outputted from a job selecting part 8 to an execution control part 6 is transferred to a job executing means 7. Since the job qualification checking processing and the password changing processing are executed even before connecting the job to the input job queue 12, useless queuing operation can be reduced and the normal execution of the job based upon a new password obtained after changing the current password can be guaranteed.
