The original beer has well expressed hop flavour and harmonic taste of well expressed hop bitterness, well marked sharpness and shelf life of at least 3 months. The following raw materials, in kg, are used for the production of 1000 dm3 of 11.5% cooled beer wort: from 157 to 160 light barley malt, 8-9 broken rice, 15-16 refined sugar and from 0.105 to 0.115 hop-bitter acids included in two lots. The beer has the following physicochemical characteristics: initial extract 11.5 0.3% content of alcohol over 3.5 wt.%, clarity up to 0.6 EBC units, colour from 7 to 14 EBC units, CO2 content over 0.58%, pH 4.0-4.7 and bitterness from 20 to 26 BU.
