The invention concerns a miniature earth cellar for keeping food products fresh and cool in summer cottages which do not have electricity or a special cellar. A common "earth cellar", for example a milk can or a box buried in the earth, is in many ways impractical and unhygienic. Among other things, it is ergonomically difficult to put the food into the cellar, organize it or remove it. The invention intends to eliminate these problems. The miniature earth cellar is to be more hygienic and much easier to use. The cellar consists of plate parts and edge parts 1 which are buried in the earth with the upper edges level with the surface, and which delimit the cellar space A. The free-standing shelf part 2, dimensioned according to the space A and placed in this space, consists of detachable shelves 5 and has a handle 6 and a cover part 3. IMAGE
