A profile for door and window frames with sliding or other type of aluminium leaves is described, which, apart from the other elements it consists, such as the main bodies of the bell - like parts which co-operate with the sliding leaves etc., bears a collector groove for the product of condensation inside the frame, so that the unwanted consequences of the condensation water draining in the base of the frame and causing pollution and corrosion of the building elements are addressed. Alternatively, the collector groove for the product of condensation may be an independent profile, fitted to any profile by screwing, nailing or other suitable manner.
