The optimum amount of seed grain should be used for inoculation in the fermentors, and the disintegration of the producer conglomerates should be carried out too. The technical effect is achieved by growing the seed grain in two stages - in flasks and in the seeding fermentor in the following nutrient medium (g/l): crude sugar - 20-24; soy flour - 13-15; twice-replaced potassium phosphate - 2.8-3.2; potassium sulphate - 0.2-0.3; magnesium sulphate - 0.2-0.3; water - up to 1 liter. To inoculate fermentors, 8-10% of the seed grain is used. Cultivation in the seeding fermentor is carried out for 21-24 hours, the mycelia disintegration is carried out directly in the apparatus before growing in the seeding fermentor and in the production fermentor.The suggested method allows the intensification of the periodic process of obtaining fusicoccin, and ensures the accumulation of fusicoccin at the concentration of 600-800 mg/l in 54-66 hours of fermentation.
