The invention refers to sewage biological purification, using both suspended and immobilized active mud. The purpose of the invention is the optimization of variable concentration sewage purification, including purification from biogenic elements, and the decrease of active mud growth in the systems of biological purification, by performing microbe adaptation in a periodically changing environment with the help of periodically changing airing.
