The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the traumatology and orthopedics.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the shin bone condyle osteotomy is made in parallel to the integumentary cartilage of the deformed part distally not more than 2 cm and after the condyle elevation not higher than 1 cm of its normal position into the formed defect are implanted transplants of osseous matrix which are temporary fixed with brooches, simultaneously is made the osteosynthesis by means of Ilizarov apparatus with the creation of necessary compression between the shin bone condyle and the hip one. Owing to the elasticity of the osseous matrix and created glenoid surface the shin bone condyle acquires congruity.
