USE OF INDOLINE DERIVATIVES AS COLOURING AGENT PRECURSORS AND A COLOUR CONTAINING THIS PRECURSOR

This patent describes an application of indoline derivatives with a general formula (I), where the symbols R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 mean, being independent of each other, a hydrogen atom or alkyl residue with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms or the radicals represented by the symbols R4 and R5 together with an oxygen atom because of the bond between these radicals and an oxygen atom, create alkenydioxy group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, however this patent also describes salts of these compounds, as the precursors closed to the oxidation colours, and it is possible to gain a natural brown colour of hair, when applied this derivatives. The derivatives with a general formula (I) also can be applied as a binding agent in oxidation hair colours containing common developing substances. Different modifications of colour shades can be created, when applied this principle. These substances are used in common carriers, in a form of gels or emulsions, as for instance, being mixed with oxidising agent which enables the appropriate colour development, in a suitable ratio, before they are applied for coating on hair.
