Support for the treatment of painful afflictions of cervicobrachial origin, having a lower body 1 of two members 10, 11 which can be connected together, anatomically shaped to provide support on the patient's trunk against the chest and the dorsal region of the base of the neck, an upper body 2, also of two members 20, 21 which can be connected together, anatomically shaped to permit engagement on contact with the base of the chin and the patient's cranium, spacers 3 for respectively connecting part 10 of body 1 with part 20 of body 2 and part 11 of body 1 with part 21 of body 2. Each of the said spacers 3 comprises in combination: A first body 30 with an outer thread engaging a second hollow body 31 which is coaxial with the first having an opposite outer thread to that of body 30 and in which cavity is provided a corresponding female thread 31'; said body 30 being provided at its free end with a spherical head 40 which can be housed in a corresponding spherical cavity 41; a third body 32 which is hollow and coaxial with the aforesaid body 21, which latter engages a screw/nut connection 31, 32' and is provided with a head 50 similar to that 40 which can also be housed in a corresponding cavity 51.
