The device according to the invention comprises the provision of a double enclosure of impermeable materials. The first enclosure is produced by the in situ excavation of impermeable ground. The second enclosure, which is functionally located coaxially with the former, comprises positioning a perfectly sealed polymer geomembrane. Subsequently the cementitious mixture with additives is injected into the intermediate layer between the first and second enclosure under controlled pressure in order to saturate every void present between the two enclosures and at the same time produce a rigid protective structure supporting the geomembrane. The device is completed by sealing the upper part of the two enclosures with a perfectly leaktight seal through a collar and a cover of metal material. A valve which opens and closes for the recovery of biogas is fitted to the cover. IMAGE
