a protection device for an element of aesthetic hook in a prosthesis is achieved with a siliconico material and can be prepared on a hook element (17) for obtaining the orthodonticend of aesthetics. the protection device has a form generally round, hollow on the inside and has a closure (11).there is a hole (14 or 15) on each side of the closure to pass the wire through the hole (18) principal (14 or 15) and there is a gap (19) cut from each hole (14 or 15) to a base (110) of the closure (11).in this manner, the protection device can be mounted easily on the element of hook (17) through the wire (18) through the slits (19) and the holes (14,15) in the protection device. it covers the element of hook, it avoids the mucosal ulceration and the cavity and provides a pleasing appearance.
