the present invention relates to a process for the preparation of succinil monoesters of ialuronico acid and its salts with heavy metals (silver,copper and zinc), and their use as antimicrobial agents, antibacterial agents and disinfectants, for the treatment of wounds, burns and the oftalmoblenorrea.can also be incorporated in appropriate dosage forms in combination with one or more pharmacologically active substances.
