This invention relates to a temperature control system, and a kneadingextrusion molding machine using this system. In order to minimize an increasein temperature of the basis material of soap, in a conventional soapmanufacturing process, a mechanism comprising a water passage around acylinder which forms a transfer section of a kneading extrusion moldingmachine is used, whereby the outer circumference of the cylinder and thematerial transferred inside the cylinder are cooled. In this mechanism, theportion of the material transferred in the vicinity of the inner surface ofthe cylinder is cooled efficiently but the portion of the material transferredin the vicinity of the central part of the cylinder is not cooled efficiently.The temperature control system of the present invention is provided with aflow passage (210) formed in a fixed disc (21) having plurality of bores of afriction-kneading mechanism (16) of a kneading extrusion molding machine,means (100, 110) for supplying a fluid whose temperature is regulated to theflow passage, and a temperature control means (300) for setting thetemperature of the fixed disc (21) to a predetermined level. Therefore, whenthe material transferred passes through the fixed disc the temperature ofwhich is maintained at a predetermined level, the material is cooled uniformlyirrespective of the radial position thereof in the cylinder.
