Disclosed is a temperature control system and a kneading- mixing extruder apparatus implementing the temperature control system. The temperature control system includes a flow passage formed in a stationary disc having a plurality of holes provided in a kneading mechanism of the extruder apparatus, a fluid supply device for supplying temperature- adjusted fluid into the flow passage and a temperature control device for setting the temperature of the stationary disc to a desired target temperature.
