The sound absorbing and shielding plastic panel comprises this sound absorbing and shielding plastic sheet, and a fiber-reinforced plastic sheet bonded to at least one surface of the sound absorbing and shielding plastic sheet. Both the sound absorbing and shielding plastic sheet and sound absorbing and shielding plastic panel are excellent in the electromagnetic wave shielding effect as well.
