This invention is related to novel a compositions which comprising Clozapine or sulpiride with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The present invention was aimed to the discovery of a new anti-glaucoma agent Clozapine and sulpiride, two D3 dopaminergic antagonists, were first prepared in a ophthamologic solutions to treat the IOP recovery animal model.
