The disclosure relates to compositions containing the following components: A) 50-99.99 wt % a polymer not suitable in its pure state for dyeing with aqueous dye solutions; B) 0.01-50 wt % an ethyleneimine homo or copolymer; C) 0-30 wt % a phase compatibility agent; D) 0-10 wt % standard thermoplast additives; and E) 0-20 wt % a dye.
