This invention relates to reforming technique for water constituted by a plurality of molecule clusters formed by hydrogen bonding force acting between molecules. The present invention provides a method of fractionizing molecule clusters by adding water-soluble mineral containing solution containing a predetermined quantity of mineral components to water so as to cut off hydrogen bonding of water molecules, a water-soluble mineral containing solution, and a method of producing this water-soluble mineral containing solution. The water-soluble mineral containing solution can be obtained by pulverizing and mixing starch and/or grains, seed and egg shell as the starting materials, adding water, subjecting the mixture to fermentation and ageing to dissolve mineral components in the seed, and filtrating this mixed dissolved solution.
