A slurry screed construction with reduced curing time and process for manufacturing the same

The wire length, dia. and material are selected to generate a heating power of no more than 25 Watts per metre from an alternating current of 250 Volts and 50 Hz. The distance between each two wires is in the range from 15 to 25 cm. The heating power of the heating wires lies in the range from 50 to 120 Watts per square meter. The heating wires consist of several twisted single wires made of metal alloys in accordance with DIN 57 253 and VDE 0253.
