A radiation susceptible agent of low-oxide cancer cells having extracts of ginko leaves as an active ingredient, wherein susceptibility for radiation of low-oxide cancer cells are increased, for thereby improving radiation therapy efficiency without little side effect so that it becomes possible to use for a continuous 6 to 8 week period of the radiation therapy. Refined extract of ginko leaves containing 24% or more ginko flavon glycoside and 6% of terfenracton system compounds is prepared. After the extract 50mg and mannitol 100mg as a solvent agent are put in a vial and dissolved, the result product is bacteria-filtered by means of 0.2 micrometer membrane and dried by freezing under a sterile condition to be powdered for preparing an injecting agent. The prepared powder injecting agent exhibits relatively strong acidity of 2.5-3.0 when dissolving. Therefore, phosphomonohydrosodium 26mg is dissolved in distilled water 3mL, filtered by means of a membrane filter of 0,22 micrometer, and sterilized at 120 deg. C for 25 minutes, obtaining a buffering agent.Such buffered extract of ginko leaves is used after dissolving the injecting agent by solvent for administration.
