N-3 FATTY ACID-ACCUMULATED MILK AND FEED COMPOSITION FOR DAIRY CATTLE

Feedstuff composition for producing milk containing 0.3-0.7mol% of n-3 fatty acid such as M-linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and docopentaenoic acid is as following sources. n-3 Fatty acids sources (repeseed, fish meal, fish oil powder) 25wt%, carbohydrates sources (wheat or corn, mixture of wheat and corn) 10-30 wt%, protein sources (cottonseed cake, soybean cake, fish bone mill) 5-30wt%, cellulose sources (wheat bran, alfalfa meal, gluten feed) 25-40wt%, emulsifying agent (formaldehyde) 0.01-0.03wt%, favor enhancer (molasses, yeast culture) 3-7wt%, antioxidants (ethoxy vitamin E).In emusifying feedstuff sources for n-3 fatty acid, the ratio of fat and protein and acidity of emulsifying solution is adjusted to 1:1-2:1 and pH 9-10 respectively.
