In this study, the life buoy installed for the sake of water safety, especially attached to vest, can be injected with air into the lifetable in case of emergency, and it can be used as vest attached life buoy.Because of its large size, the existing life jackets are difficult to wear, and the movement is inconvenient when wearing them, so this study will be able to stick a life buoy which can inject air on the inside of the vest worn when climbing or fishing, so it can be worn like ordinary vest at ordinary times, In case of emergency, air can be injected into the lifebuoy and used as a life jacket.
