To provide a telephone device transfer system of answering machine to automatically connect to numerous devices using a national telephone line. The telephone device transfer system of answering machine consists of the operational functions; a microprocessor(3) operates a deck motor operation unit(16) and deck unit(8) and transmits a message after receiving a ring signal; that decodes the code data, used for a facsimile or a modem from the opposite side, through a complex frequency decoder(6) and sends a ring signal to the facsimile or the modem by operating a facsimile relay(21) or modem relay(22);that transmits a beeper sound to the opposite side through the national telephone line when the beeper sound is detected from the associated device; that achieves a direct conversation by operating a telephone relay(23) if user wants a direct conversation at the middle of input of ring signal. Thereby, it is possible to provide easy operation as well as cost saving to user by proceeding the answering function for numerous devices, sharing one national telephone line.
