The present invention is to obtain an immortalized cell line of a manganese frog. The mangrove frog embryo is generated to disintegrate the muscle in the muscle reactor, and the single cell thus obtained is developed into an immortal cell line through primary culture.;Mushroom frog embryos were collected from the valley of Mt. Yorin Lake in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, Korea and were cut into small pieces with ophthalmic scissors at the muscle reaction time and disorganized with 0.1% trypsin. Single cells obtained after tissue disintegration were firstly cultured using a culture medium supplemented with 0, 1, 2, 4, 5, 8% of bovine serum in a minimum essential medium (80%) in ascending order of serum concentration . On the 47th day of primary culture, a certain type of cells appeared. From then on, the cells were cultured in a medium of MC Dabi 153 (MCDB 153) medium 70% and serum sperm 10%. Cells on day 114 were also morphologically identical to cells on day 47.
