An image sensing device is provided having a plurality of pixels, each pixel having a charge accumulation region for collecting charge generated by a photo sensing device, such as a photodiode. The output signal can be obtained from the pixel by causing the voltage potential to pass through the resistive element, such as the FET channel, and the resistance value is in proportion to the magnitude of the electric field formed by the collected charge.
