FIELD: biology, medicine, cytology. SUBSTANCE: freshly prepared hematoxylin solution is placed in electromagnetic field at induction value 13.8 x 10^-3 Tesla units for 6 h up to dark-cherry color of dye. The prepared hematoxylin ensures to obtain the stained cell nuclei of high quality. Time for alum hematoxylin preparing is decreased from 48 to 6 h and reagent can be used in histology and morbid anatomy. EFFECT: accelerated, cheap and safety method of preparing.
