STAND FOR INVESTIGATION OF PROCESSES OF DEPOSIT OPENCAST MINING

FIELD: mining industry; experimental equipment for laboratory modelling of the state of large-size blocks in the course of its displacement to internal dump. SUBSTANCE: the stand is made of separate plates with longitudinal cutouts in the middle and semicircular recesses from end. Plates are assembled by bench form and secured by coupling bolts so that recesses on the plate ends form channel simulating the blast hole. Large-size monolithic block is made of equivalent material. Stand ensures variation of the height of simulated stoping and overburden benches and nonworking flank of pit by diminishing or adding some quantity of plates. The sloping angle of benches is varied by coupling bolts. Placed into channel simulating blast hole is means modelling the effect of hole charge explosion which brings the large-size monolithic block out of state of equilibrium and turns it into internal dump.
