Colonies were suspended in meat-peptone broth and test with phages and hemolytic test were carried out. During suspension preparing 0.05-0.01% sodium dodecyl sulfate is added to meat-peptone broth and reaction with phages and hemolytic test were carried out immediately from the prepared bacterial suspension.
