FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting tobacco smoke condensate from Cambridge filter and solving it in 30% alcohol solution. The condensate solution is tittered and carefully and uniformly spread over the surface of laboratory flask bearing Loevenstein-Yensen medium. The laboratory flasks with the medium are placed into thermostat in inclined position and subjected to drying process. As a result of the process, the tobacco smoke condensate covers the nutrient medium with thin film. 2-3 days later, tuberculosis micobacteria are inoculated. EFFECT: more expensive and simplified method.
