FIELD: medicine, in particular, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: method involves therapeutic physical training and three courses of therapeutic rowing training. In the first training course, rowing is accomplished during 11 days for 102 min at loading of 10,200 kgm/2,040 strokes of paddle, in the second training course - during 22 days for 204 min at loading of 25,080 kgm/4,180 strokes of paddle, in the third training course - during 22 days for 204 min at loading of 33,440 kgm/4,180 strokes of paddle. Training may be effectuated in tents on training apparatus. Air in tent should be oxygen saturated and ionized with light ions. EFFECT: increased efficiency in activation of physiological function adaptation mechanism, improved capacity of respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
