The parent microorganism is the strain Francisella tularensis subspecies holarctica R, VKPM B-6854. Method ensures to obtain virulence factors of protein and polysaccharide nature. By this method the following recombinant strains were obtained: Francisella tularensis subsp. holarctica R55 VKPM B-6853 - a producer of virulence factor Fr. tularensis nearctica Shu, Fr. tularensis subsp. holarctica RN4, VKPM B-6855 - producer of virulence factor Ps. pseudomallei C-141, Fr. tularensis subsp. holarctica R1A VKPM B-6852 - a producer of virulence factor Fr. tularensis nearctica B-399 A Cole. Strains can be used for production of highly specific diagnostic, sera, chemical vaccines, immunomodulators and other preparations. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
