METER OF SYMMETRY OF POSITIONING OF SLITS IN COMMUTATOR BARS OF ELECTRIC MACHINES

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement of symmetry of slits for soldering of risers to commutator bars having wedge-shaped cross-section. Meter include rule with two scales positioned in symmetry with reference to central zero line, two carriages with verniers put on rule and measurement jaws, third carriage mounted between them. Third carriage has lateral groove. Meter is fitted with self-setting contact elements anchored on jaws. Measuring base insert is mounted for movement in groove of third carriage. Third carriage is positioned on rule so that symmetry axes of its groove and insert coincide with central zero line of scales of rule. EFFECT: increased capacity and accuracy of measurements, expanded range of dimensions of measured commutator bars. 5 dwg
