FIELD: processing of harmful waste and remainders without any risk of contaminations. SUBSTANCE: containers are arranged row upon row in baskets of metal lattice. Blasting cords and detonators are placed between them. The baskets are dipped in water to a depth of 1 to 2.5 m. The blasting cords are exploded. The baskets are taken out. The device uses a vessel made in the form of two coaxially installed tanks: internal tank 13 with shock- absorbing means 16 and external tank 17. Tank 13 is furnished with perforated pipe-line 18 and protective means 20 against liquid ejections. The container feed facilities are made in the form of baskets 21 of fine-meshed metal lattice. The complex includes rooms for storage of detonators 7, loading sites 1, vessel 5, transportation facilities 2,3 and means for impact action in the form of blasting cords.
