FIELD: motive systems for engine and propellers as used in various media. SUBSTANCE: rotary external circumferential forces are applied to center of mass of each body in changeable mechanical systems; then these forces are cyclically changed in magnitude at rotational speed of bodies according to law of harmonic oscillations asymmetrically relative to axis of resultant force and moments of resistance to rotation of bodies arising in system are preset on condition that angular velocity of rotation of center of masses of bodies is maintained at constant level. According to other version, cyclic changes of external circumferential forces are changed cyclically and simultaneously with change of angular velocity and alternating angular acceleration according to law of harmonic oscillations symmetrically relative to axis of resultant force. Simultaneously with cyclic changes of external circumferential forces according to sinusoidal law asymmetrically relative to axis of resultant force and change of angular velocity and acceleration of centers of mass of system according to sinusoidal law symmetrically relative to above-mentioned axis, cyclic changes of mass of each body of system may be performed at their rotational speed according to sinusoidal law symmetrically relative to above-mentioned axis with mass of the entire system kept constant. As a result, active motive force obtained according to both versions has magnitude and direction determined as geometric sum of cyclically varying projections of all forces acting in system at preset axis of resultant of these forces.
