FIELD: prospecting for deposits of water and hydrocarbons. SUBSTANCE: magnetic resonance is excited in deposit of sought-for mineral with the use of generator loop, its signal is measured on surface of the Earth after stopping of supply of exciting current at its various amplitudes. In this case, conductance of medium is found in advance exciting pulse in generator loop by means of switching on and off of current and conducting measurements of response of medium to this pulse. Signal of magnetic resonance is first measured in center of generator loop, then measurements are conducted in points with coordinates (xo, yo) which are determined depending on conductance of medium and desired depth of search. Parameters of horizons carrying water or hydrocarbons are determined by aggregate of all measurements. EFFECT: increased authenticity. 5 dwg
