摘要
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves uniformly covering filtering paper disk with living microbe suspension of 10-3-10-4 concentration in 1 g of cellular material per 1 cm3 o the suspension. The disk is placed near living tissues so that definite parts of the disk are positioned more close to the tissues when compared with the others. The tissues are exposed to intermittent light flux and then the disk is treated with radiation energy. Its imprint is made on solid nutrient medium that is incubated in thermostat. Antiradiation action is recorded as difference in the number of colonies which growth is initiated by the microorganisms positioned at minimum and maximum distance from the tissues affected by intermittent light flux action. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in detecting antiradiation action.
