FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: determination of kinetic parameters of electric potentials of acupuncture points in measuring the electric potentials of biologically active points when the latter are exposed to effect of stabilized current in definite modes of operation. Device intended for realization of the given method has computer bus conjugation unit, control register, status register, timer, two units of optoelectronic decoupling, comparator, generator of triangular-shaped signal, amplifier, eight switches, five switching elements, active and passive electrodes, two stabilized current sources, two stabilized voltage sources, and four resistors.
